Job summary

Disney offers a Sales & Marketing Strategy Internship in Orlando, Florida, January 2027 to June 2027, a full-time six-month program. You will join the Latin America Consumer & Sales Distribution Marketing Team to support travel trade channels across Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line and Disneyland Resort.

Responsibilities include project management for DTA.com, event support, data interpretation, content creation, analytics, and marketing approvals, with mentorship for Spanish-speaking

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited college/university taking at least one class.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Unrestricted work authorization.
• Currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

Responsibilities

• Lead DTA.com project management: ensure timely roll-out and build communication plan (PR release, social post, newsletter, client engagement).
• Event support: assist in planning and executing marketing events, training or trade shows; coordinate logistics and materials.
• Interpret internal and external data to understand trends in Latin America.
• Content creation: collaborate with marketing to build content for blogs, social media, campaigns.
• Marketing analytics and reporting: collect data and evaluate campaign efficiency using analytics tools.
• Support marketing approvals: evaluate creatives and mentor Spanish-speaking clients.
