Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Latin America Consumer & Sales Distribution Marketing Strategy Intern in Orlando, FL. This full-time six-month program (Jan 2027–Jun 2027) supports marketing, sales and training projects across Disney destinations.

You will collaborate across teams to drive engagement, content creation, and analytics, while mentoring Spanish-speaking clients and coordinating events.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and native Portuguese or Spanish is required.
• Experience in project management, marketing communications and business analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a diverse team and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to handle information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Lead Disneytravelagents.com (DTA.com) project management with timely rollout and communications plan.
• Event support: plan and execute marketing events, training or trade shows; coordinate logistics and follow-up.
• Interpret data to understand Latin America market trends.
• Create content for marketing channels (blogs, social, campaigns) aligned with brand.
• Collect marketing data and prepare reports; measure website traffic and campaign KPIs.
• Evaluate creatives and mentor Spanish-speaking clients during approvals.
