• Strong understanding of HTA, reimbursement, payer systems, and pricing dynamics across multiple markets.

• Develop and execute LATAM market access and pricing strategies.
• Lead LATAM launch engine with repeatable processes across assets and countries.
• Collaborate with country market access teams to align global & regional strategy with local needs, timelines, and priorities.
• Establish standardized launch readiness tools, governance, and decision-making processes to improve speed and consistency.
