Responsibilities
  1. Set up, sustain, and manage the Latin America P2P business, local operations, product localization, and facilitate regulatory matters.
  2. Collect feedback from local users and communities, and gather insights on competitors to optimize our service offerings.
  3. Explore collaboration opportunities with local P2P partners, blockchain/crypto communities, and associations to expand P2P awareness in the LATAM market.
  4. Explore additional P2P-related partnerships.
  5. Design and implement go-to-market strategies to boost P2P volume growth, content creation, and promotional strategies.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with regulators, banks, and payment partners.
  7. Stay up-to-date with current regulations to provide strategic advice.
Requirements
  1. 6+ years of proven success in a similar role within business development or business growth at a blockchain/crypto company, financial institution, or bank in LATAM.
  2. Deep understanding of local communities and the crypto space in LATAM.
  3. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
