Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a self-starting Security Researcher to join the Counter Adversary Operations Team. The role focuses on Latam-language eCrime actors, OSINT collection, and threat intelligence across a range of environments, including the deep and dark web.

You will work on finished intelligence products used by CrowdStrike customers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be an OPSEC-savvy problem solver with the ability to manage concurrent projects and execute with minimal

Qualifications

• Language capabilities including, but not limited to, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Experience conducting OSINT investigations using Latam-language skills.
• Experience navigating a wide variety of cyber threat actor environments, including social media, hidden services, and forums.
• Familiarity with a wide variety of eCrime groups.
• Knowledge of technical terminology, tools, and tactics used by Latam-language eCrime actors.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and stay persistent under pressure (Tenacity).
• Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect unique, timely information to answer established and ad hoc requirements related to eCrime actors, especially Latam-language actors.
• Leverage OSINT tradecraft to follow leads and track actors in online communities.
• Identify current and emerging cyber threats and trends related to Latam-language eCrime actors.
• Collaborate with analytical teams to produce threat estimates and reports on Latam-language topics.
• Use secure operational tradecraft methods in daily work.
