Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative discipline.
• 0-1 years of direct investment banking, debt capital markets, or equivalent financial services experience.
• Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary, cross-border teams.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Structuring & Execution: structure, analyze, and execute financing products including cross-border bonds, private placements, debentures, securitizations, syndicated loans, and liability management transactions for LATAM borrowers.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation: build and analyze complex financial models including DCF, operating models, debt sizing and debt capacity models, LBOs, and benchmarks.
• Contract & Legal Review: review and analyze credit agreements, collateral and security documents, concession contracts, and offering memoranda to incorporate key covenants and cash flow mechanisms.
• Client Advisory & Pitches: prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials evaluating capital structure alternatives, refinancing capacity, rating agency implications, and corporate finance strategies.
• Roadshows & Syndication: support deal and non-deal roadshows, draft offering documentation, and liaise with syndicate desks, rating agencies, external legal counsel, and investor groups.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: guide, mentor, and review the work of junior analysts and summer interns to support development and ensure execution accuracy.
