Job summary

Maersk seeks a Last Mile Site Leader/Area Manager to oversee on-site operations in Moreno Valley, CA. You will coordinate Haulers, Delivery Teams, and client management to ensure efficient, on-time home deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Travel is required for this role. You will recruit, manage, and evaluate Haulers, develop vendor relations, and maintain operation reports and service scores while addressing discrepancies and claims.

• Coordinate flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams
• Provide on-site presence on daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis to ensure Haulers/Delivery Teams are following procedures
• Oversee recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers
• Develop and maintain relations with vendors
• Ensure follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in-home damage claims
• Interface with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery for customers
• Maintain monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores
• Other duties as assigned

We're looking for an experienced Last Mile Site Leader/Area Manager to join our team! Candidates with Last Mile management experience are strongly preferred.

Pay Range:

• $80k-$85k per year
• The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
