Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 3 years' related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, detail-oriented, meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
• Routing or operations software skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Roadnet Routing.

Responsibilities

• Use Roadnet to schedule daily deliveries and pickups meeting service/efficiency standards.
• Maximize number of stops and cases for optimal routing.
• Re-key and organize re-ships.
• Inform management of Roadnet issues; coordinate with tech support; update Roadnet data.
• Schedule appointment times for some store deliveries.
• Change demand order type in AX system and route.
• Manage Drivers, Helpers, and Casual employees.
• Handle invoices/scan sheets; print and distribute manifests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
