Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers.
• Develop and mentor staff to reach goals.
• Carry out managerial responsibilities, including hiring and disciplining.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Manage dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues promptly.
