Job summary

Hunter & Hunter Logistics, LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Buford, GA, is hiring delivery drivers. No CDL is required, and a valid license plus clean driving record are needed. Expect safety-first routes, customer-facing delivery, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Starting pay is $22.25 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and bonuses. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available at the DGE9 location.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• No CDL required — a valid standard driver’s license is all you need.
• Fluent in English (bilingual/multilingual encouraged).
• Availability to work weekends and certain holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections as part of daily route driver duties.
• Follow all local and state traffic laws, driving regulations, and company safety policies.
• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time along assigned delivery routes.
• Provide excellent customer service in all package delivery interactions.
• Work in a physically demanding environment across all weather conditions.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs. and repeatedly enter and exit the delivery van throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, Amazon package scanning, clocking in/out, and communication.
• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle at the start and end of each route.
• Assist team members through rescue routes when needed, demonstrating teamwork.
• Conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and last mile delivery problem-solving skills.
• Work independently with a positive attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
