Job summary

Rooster Logistics, LLC in Buford, GA is hiring Delivery Associates to join our last-mile team. No CDL is required and prior delivery experience is a plus but not required. We provide the delivery vehicle, gas, smartphone, uniforms, and equipment you need to do the job.

Compensation is $21.25/hour with a 4-day workweek and approximately 10-hour shifts. PTO accrues immediately, with benefits after 30 days and tuition reimbursement after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to safely operate a delivery vehicle.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and understand instructions.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening.
• Dependable, safety-focused and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and organize packages for efficient route delivery.
• Deliver packages accurately and on time.
• Use a smartphone for GPS, scanning and communication.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
• Assist teammates with deliveries when needed.
• Work independently while being part of a team.
