Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Austin, TX is seeking an Eyelash Technician to join a growing esthetician and cosmetologist team. We offer competitive pay and allow stylists to keep 100% of their tips, plus growth opportunities and free lash services with volume upgrades.

Join a busy, well-managed studio that emphasizes client experience, comprehensive training, and ongoing coaching. Prior experience with eyelash extensions is preferred and licensing is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician/cosmetology professional with license.
• At least 6 months of full-time eyelash extension experience.
• Positive, friendly demeanor and customer-service orientation.
• Professional appearance at all times; no stacking of old extensions; remove/replace when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional eyelash extension sessions.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards per state law and studio policies.
• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio services and upgrades.
• Promote exclusive retail products for guest home care.
• Create excellent guest experience with a friendly attitude.
• Provide lash aftercare education and frequency recommendations.
• Generate new clientele through the referral program.
• Attend education and training classes with Regional Lash Trainer.
• Commit to ongoing professional development.
