Job summary
Amazing Lash Studio is seeking an Eyelash Technician to perform professional lash extension sessions in a busy studio in Texas. Ideal candidates are licensed estheticians or cosmetologists with at least 6 months of full-time eyelash experience, capable of delivering full sets within 1.5 hours and refills within 1 hour.

- Licensed esthetician or cosmetology professional.
- At least 6 months of full-time eyelash application experience.
- Ability to perform full sets and refills within standard appointment times.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyelash extension sessions.
- Uphold sanitation and sterilization per state law and studio policies.
- Understand, promote, and upsell Amazing Lash Studio service offerings and upgrades.
- Promote exclusive retail products for guest at-home use and aftercare.
- Create excellent guest experience with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Provide lash aftercare education and frequency recommendations.
- Generate new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio referral program.
