Amazing Lash Studio in Manassas, VA is seeking an experienced lash technician to join our growing team. You will deliver classic, volume, hybrid lashes, with opportunities for lifts and waxing. A Virginia license is required and a passion for lash artistry.

Our studio provides all supplies, busy clientele, front desk support, and ongoing education. Competitive pay with growth potential and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia cosmetology or esthetics license required.
• Hands-on experience with eyelash extensions (classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume).
• Bonus for lash lifts, brow lamination, and waxing experience.
• Flexible availability including some weekday evenings (2–8 PM) and at least one weekend day.
• Warm, upbeat attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a clean, organized workspace; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver eyelash extension services using premium products (classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume).
• Perform lash lifts and brow lamination; brow & facial waxing training available.
• Consult with clients to customize and elevate their experience.
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommend retail products.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.

Experienced Lash Technician - Amazing Lash Studio | Manassas, VA

What We're Looking For

• Active Virginia cosmetology or esthetics/aesthetics license (Required)
• Hands-on experience with eyelash extensions - classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume (lashes are our #1 priority!)
• Experience with brow lamination, brow and facial waxing is a major plus
• Flexible availability including some weekday evening hours (2-8 PM) and at least one weekend day to get your books filled fast
• A warm, upbeat, and personable attitude - our clients love a great vibe!
• Strong customer service and communication skills with clients, management, and teammates
• Professional appearance and a clean, organized workspace at all times
• Reliable personal transportation

Your Day-to-Day

• Deliver exceptional eyelash extension services using our premium products - classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume, and more
• Perform lash lifts, brow lamination, brow & facial waxing services (can train)
• Consult with clients to customize and elevate their experience
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommend retail products they'll love
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
