• Provide high-quality lash extension services in accordance with Amazing Lash Studio protocols and standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts and appointments

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships

• Proactively rebook clients and educate them on aftercare and ongoing services

• Be a self-starter who takes initiative during downtime—helping with studio upkeep, marketing ideas, or assisting teammates

• Actively promote your services both in-studio and on social media to grow your personal brand and build a loyal client base

• Stay motivated to fill your book by engaging with clients, asking for referrals, and participating in studio promotions
