Amazing Lash Studio is hiring Eyelash Technicians in Dallas, TX. This role involves performing lash extension sessions, ensuring sanitation, and promoting studio offerings and products.

You will contribute to a busy, guest‑focused environment with ongoing training opportunities. Ideal candidates are licensed estheticians or cosmetologists with at least 6 months of eyelash experience, a friendly attitude, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist.
• At least 6 months of full-time eyelash extension experience.
• Ability to complete full lash sets within 1.5 hours and fills within 1 hour.
• Professional appearance and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Performs professional eyelash extension sessions.
• Upholds sanitation and sterilization standards per state law and studio policies.
• Promotes and sells Amazing Lash Studio services and upgrades.
• Promotes exclusive retail products for home use and aftercare.
• Creates an excellent guest experience with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Provides lash aftercare education and frequency recommendations.
• Generates new clientele through the referral program.
• Participates in ongoing coaching and training with Regional Lash Trainer.
• Committed to continual skill development.
