Job summary
Amazing Lash Studio is seeking an Eyelash Technician to join our esthetician and cosmetologist team. You will perform eyelash extension sessions, uphold sanitation, and help guests look and feel refreshed and AMAZING.
We offer competitive pay ($13-$32/hr), tips paid 100% to stylists, growth opportunities, free service upgrades, and retail discounts. Licensure in esthetics or cosmetology is required, with at least 6 months of eyelash experience.
Qualifications
- A licensed professional in esthetics / aesthetics, or cosmetology.
- At least 6 months of full-time eyelash extension experience with a full set of no more than 1.5 hours and a refill of no more than 1 hour.
- Positive, friendly and personable demeanor with strong client communication.
- Professional appearance at all times.
Responsibilities
- Performs professional eyelash extension sessions
- Upholds sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by state law and studio policies
- Promotes Amazing Lash Studio service offerings and upgrades
- Promotes exclusive retail products for at-home use and aftercare
- Creates excellent guest experiences with a friendly attitude
- Provides lash aftercare education to guests
- Generates new clientele through the referral program
- Participates in education and training with Regional Lash Trainer
- Continuously improves skills through professional development
