Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Oceanside, CA is hiring for Retail Sales Associates and Customer Service Representatives to join as Lash Consultants. This role offers part-time or full-time hours with a performance-based commission structure, starting at $16.50 per hour and room to grow.

Responsibilities include promoting memberships and retail products, answering calls, booking appointments, and maintaining a welcoming studio environment while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio Membership and retail products to guests
• Assists Studio Manager with retaining current members
• Creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting and quickly responding to questions
• Answers phone calls, books appointments, and greeting guests
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and surveys
• Prepare guest records for treatments
• Participate in special events to promote the studio
• Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas
• Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
