Amazing Lash Studio Oxnard is seeking a talented Lash Stylist to join our cosmetic team. If you are a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician eager to expand skills in lash extensions and brow services, we want to hear from you!

You will provide lash and brow services with high-quality care, deliver excellent customer service, and enjoy a friendly, energetic work environment. Full time or part time roles are available, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or Esthetics license required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work with the public.
• Ability to upsell products and services.
• Flexibility with days and hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Apply lash extensions and brow services for clients.
• Educate clients about upgrades and aftercare products.
• Attend industry events, training, and product sessions.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked eyelash application room.
• Be responsible with inventory, supplies, and tools.
• Create client-specific, semi-permanent lash extensions.
• Build rapport and develop a recurring client base.
• Perform daily lash/brow procedures at high quality.
• Encourage follow-up appointments.
• Promote referral programs and exclusive promotions.
