Now Hiring: Laser Welding Operator

Location: Bedford, MA

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM (1st Shift)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow written procedures in English

Experience Requirements

• Laser welding or similar precision fabrication experience preferred
• Experience setting up and operating manufacturing equipment
• Small parts assembly experience strongly preferred
• Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
