Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a full-time Microscopic Laser Welder to join our fabrication team in Michigan. Day and night shifts available. Responsibilities include welding per drawings, receiving and unloading with crane/forklift, and operating heat treat ovens.

Experience with laser and TIG welding is a plus; knowledge of molds is beneficial. Reliable transportation required. Wage is negotiable based on experience with benefits after 90 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to weld per print/direction of Foreman.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molds/tooling dies is beneficial.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Weld jobs using filler rods per print/direction of Foreman.
• Receive inspection and load/unload using crane/forklift.
• Operate heat treat ovens and pre-heat table; perform PM on welding machines.

Seeking Full-Time: Microscopic Laser Welder

(Day and Night Shift available)

Welding / Fab company that specializes in tooling repair for dies, punches, molds and many other component parts of these tools, including precision welding to heavy build-up on typical base metals such as Aluminum Alloys, all Structural Steels, all Tool Steels, Kirksite, Bronze/Ampco, Titanium, etc.

We serve the following industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Space, EV's, Medical, Defense and Commercial applications.

Day to Day requirements of job:

• - Weld jobs (using filler rods) per print / direction of Foreman


• - Receiving inspection, unload/load using crane / forklift


• - Operate heat treat ovens, pre-heat table


• - Preventive Maintenance of welding machines
