Job summary

LasikPlus is seeking a Sales Associate/Receptionist to greet patients, deliver exceptional customer service, and support scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and other administrative duties to create a welcoming environment for our patients.

You will play a key role in communicating with patients about insurance and payment options, helping drive interest in laser vision correction, and contributing to a positive patient experience. Training is provided for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Retail/sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates initiative, drive and follow-through.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as needed and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and providing quality patient care with excellent communication and customer service, while generating leads towards laser vision correction surgery.
• Verifying schedule times with patients and preparing charts.
• Handling pre-admission and consent forms.
• Counseling patients on their insurance and payment options.
• Receiving and securing payments from patients.
