Job summary

OWA in Foley, AL is seeking an energetic Laser Tag Attendant to lead our arena, guide guests, and ensure a thrilling yet safe experience for birthday parties, corporate events, and families. You will manage briefing, gear up players, referee games, and provide fast, friendly customer service.

You will also operate POS payments, stock inventory, and maintain daily safety and presentation standards in all weather conditions. Weekend shifts are required and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Weekend availability required.
• Cash-handling experience required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work with a team and be proactive when working alone.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with excitement.
• Gather groups and effectively communicate safety rules and game play.
• Assist guests with properly fitting gear.
• Referee active games, enforce rules, ensure fair play.
• Process various payment types with point-of-sale systems.
• Stock and maintain inventory.
• Ensure the safety of all guests and team members.
• Inspect all areas and ensure they meet daily presentation and safety standards.
• Ensure expedient and quality customer service.
