Job summary

Aventure Staffing has an opening for a Laser Separation Operator in Sheldon, IA. Work with CNC laser cutting equipment to separate cut metal parts and ensure quality finishes. Shifts run Dayshift, 6am–2:30pm, with starting pay of $19–$22 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include setup and monitoring of equipment, inspecting parts for accuracy, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Paid Fridays, direct deposit/paycards, holidays and PTO available. Medical coverage provided.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Laser Separation Operator- $19-$22 depending on Experience Dayshift – 6am–2:30pm

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with machinery? If so, this job is for you! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Laser Separation Operator to join their team. In this role, you will operate CNC laser cutting equipment, separate cut metal parts, and ensure finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, monitor, and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.
• Unload cut parts from the laser bed and separate individual metal pieces.
• Organize parts for the next stage of production.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and clean cuts.
• Remove excess material and rough edges using sanders or grinders.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean.
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
