Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As our Laser Punch Operator, you'll be instrumental in our production by:

• Operating CNC turret punch presses with precision to create accurate holes and layout lines on various metal materials.
• Setting up and tooling the machines, including installing, aligning, and securing punches and dies.
• Carefully loading and positioning workpieces, ensuring correct alignment using scales and gauges.
• Securely clamping workpieces to the machine table.
• Selecting the appropriate punches and dies using turret controls.
• Adjusting machine scales to meet precise dimensional requirements using manual cranks.
• Utilizing a center punch to create layout lines based on specific coordinates.
• Interpreting blueprints to generate or verify punch charts.
• Performing other related duties to support the team's success.

We're looking for individuals who have:

• A High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• The ability to read, understand, and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, and memos effectively in English.
• Competent basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).
• The ability to follow written, verbal, or diagrammatic instructions accurately.
• Problem-solving skills to address practical issues within established procedures.
