Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Laser Operator for our client to start as soon as possible at $25/hr based on experience. First shift runs 6:30am-3:00pm with overtime as needed.

This temporary role offers potential advancement to full-time employment with comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire. Responsibilities include producing quality parts per specifications, recording production and scrap in the ERP system, reading detailed work instructions and blueprints, and maintaining a

Qualifications

• Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals
• Mechanical aptitude for tool replacements
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills
• Good eyesight with depth perception, peripheral vision, and color differentiation
• Able to sit or stand for long periods
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Proficient with hand tools
• Able to communicate well with others
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Great attention to detail
• Positive attitude, energy, effort, and attendance

Responsibilities

• Record daily production and scrap in ERP system
• Read and interpret detailed work instructions, blueprints, and drawings
• Follow daily schedules and meet production goals
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Adjust laser and perform required preventative maintenance
• Communicate issues affecting production to team lead or supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned
