Job summary

Viant Medical in Indianapolis is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain precision equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will monitor quality, follow safety protocols, and support on-time production.

This role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years laser operator experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing. We offer on-site training, 1st and 2nd shifts with a 15% premium, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years laser operator experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety policies and uses PPE.
• Reads and interprets blueprints.
• Sets up programs in Laser console.
• Maintains equipment and performs basic troubleshooting.
• Ensures quality and meets production schedules.
• Maintains accurate part counts and documentation.
