Job summary

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer producing engineered parts for the RV, marine, automotive, and building products industries. The laser operator will join a production team, processing finished parts and meeting strict production goals while operating fabricating machinery and related equipment.

The role requires reading work orders, communicating clearly in English, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma and 1+ year manufacturing experience are expected, with opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year manufacturing/industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company's overall goals.
• Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Must be able to meet production goals and time deadlines for company projects.
• Must be able to read and process written communication including, but not limited to, work orders and measurements.
• Must be able to work independently and under close supervision.
• Must demonstrate production competency and knowledge of production systems.
• Must be able to rotate to other production positions as the need arises or as deemed necessary.
• Must be able to operate appropriate equipment including fabricating machinery, crane, etc.
• Must able to physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of fifty pounds.
• Must possess successful problem solving skills.
• Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow team members, customers, etc.
• Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations.
• Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes throughout the day.
