Job summary

Allegiant Manufacturing in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Laser Operator to join our metalworking team. You will set up and operate laser cutting equipment, read blueprints, and verify parts meet specifications. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced shop, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Proficiency with Mastercam programming is preferred. You will use basic math and measurement skills daily, follow safety procedures, and work closely with teammates to hit production

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training.
• Experience operating laser cutting machines.
• Familiarity with Mastercam or similar CAM software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
