Job summary

LSI Staffing currently seeks an experienced Laser Operator for a 1st shift manufacturing role in Shawnee, KS. You will operate Amada fiber laser, laser/punch, turret punch, and CO2 systems, ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards.

Shift is 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday with pay up to the mid-$20s per hour, based on experience. Resume review is required prior to placement, and candidates with transferable laser experience are encouraged to apply.

We are currently seeking an experienced Laser Operator for a 1st shift manufacturing position. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience operating laser and punch equipment in a production environment.

Laser Operator – 1st Shift

Position Highlights

Equipment Experience

Experience with the following equipment is preferred:

• Amada 9,000-watt Fiber Laser
• Amada Laser/Punch Combo
• Turret punch/laser equipment

Candidates with experience operating turret lasers, CO2 lasers, or similar laser/punch combination equipment are encouraged to apply. We are willing to consider candidates with transferable equipment experience.
