SYNERGY PROTOTYPE STAMPING, LLC in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a 3-Axis and 5-Axis Laser Cutting Operator to run Mazak or Mitsubishi CNC laser systems, read blueprints, load materials, and ensure quality. Qualifications

Experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment (Mazak or Mitsubishi preferred).
Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis laser cutting machines (Mazak and Mitsubishi preferred).
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
Load raw material and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Keep material logged and organized.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Familiar with Diamond Nest and Radan Cad Cam nesting software
