• Perform light general and preventative maintenance to keep LGVs running smoothly.
• Assist with back-of-line changeovers and ensure proper labeling and no product mix-ups.
• Other duties as assigned.

This will be achieved by addressing and correcting LGV machine faults, ensuring trailers are LGV load-ready, keeping the end-of-the-line equipment running (Palletizers and Pallet Labelers), keeping both units and work area clean, and maintaining the data integrity of the product inventory moved by the LGV’s.**RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES*** Ensure LGVs stay up and running by addressing alarms and faults from LGVs and end-of-line equipment including but not limited to palletizers, pallet labelers, and Injection Molding machines.* Prep & approve trailers for automatic loading of Products by LGVs, Verify trailer paperwork and Data, and secure loads.* Conducts light general and preventative maintenance ensuring the LGVs operate properly.* Assist with back-of-line changeovers and ensure the product is not mixed and is properly labeled.* Other duties as assigned.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** High school diploma or GED and two (2) years’ experience with performing light preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, production equipment operation, and LGV or AGV operation.* Have basic math and computer skills.* Good written and oral communication skills required.* Good organizational skills required.* Must be able to think analytically.* Good hand-eye coordination.* Must be self-motivated with strong initiative.* Able to learn and follow established procedures without deviation.* Must enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing production line environment.* Must be able to work in a team environment.* Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks and overtime as needed.**ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS****Mental Functions**Non-repetitive and somewhat diversified job requiring continuous mental alertness or very close visual attention.**Physical Functions**Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand.
