Torrey Holistics seeks a Field Service Mechatronics Technician to service laser cutting equipment in Charlotte/Concord, NC. You will troubleshoot, repair and calibrate Mitsubishi CNC lasers, performing detailed inspections and component swaps on-site at customer facilities.

You will translate technical findings into clear customer updates, maintain tool readiness, and support remote triage when travel is not required. The role blends mechanical finesse with electrical insight.

Qualifications

• Background in machining or industrial equipment; ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults.
• Strong diagnostic skills with voltmeters, multimeters and precision tools.
• Capable of reading manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• On-site troubleshooting and repair of Mitsubishi CNC lasers at customer facilities.
• Inspect components, perform swaps, rebuilds, alignments and calibrations.
• Provide remote triage by phone and document service actions with reports.
