Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a production worker to efficiently remove laser-cut parts from sheets, palletize them with the correct work orders, and distribute to the appropriate departments in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, moving materials between Fab, paint, weld, and assembly areas, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace by following OSHA rules and wearing PPE. Willingness to cross-train across production roles is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and match parts accordingly.
• Commitment to safety, PPE usage and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Remove laser-cut parts from sheets and place on pallets with designated work orders.
• Distribute parts to appropriate departments as needed.
• Read work orders and match them with laser-cut parts to the correct pallet.
• Move materials from Fab area to paint, weld, assembly and other production areas.
• Separate laser-cut parts on pallets according to the next production sequence.
• Assist in cleaning machines and keeping the fab area tidy.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
• Cross-train and be willing to work in different production or shipping positions.
