Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience with commercial construction, particularly on STRIP projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawing sets.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in scope, budget and timeline tracking.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the project schedule.
• Create and maintain Procurement Logs based on the project schedule.
• Support the contract management/procurement process.
• Maintain and distribute project documents accurately.
