Job summary

Custom Building Products is seeking a Production Associate for our Las Vegas, Nevada plant. This 2nd shift role runs Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM with overtime as needed. A $1.50/hour shift premium enhances base pay, plus potential increases after 90 days based on performance.

On the production floor, you’ll work with industrial machinery along several fast-paced lines, supporting efficiency and safety while striving to meet Quality, Service, and Cost goals.

Qualifications

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Solid previous work experience required.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Package product and off-load lines using appropriate equipment.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and other departments.
• Work in a team to advance in your career.
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
