Responsibilities

Aloader is responsible for loading and unloading of trucks, breakdown of equipment, garbage, and recyclables as needed. Keeps loading/dock areas organized and clean, and prepares products and equipment needed in carts prior to departure. Requires strong communication skills to effectively coordinate and meet the needs of kitchen and flight out. Excellent attendance, open availability for 24‑hour operation, 7 days a week. Team oriented, works under pressure, follows instructions well, has solid work ethic. Works in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality and practicing safe work habits.

Physical requirements: lift 25+ lbs frequently, 50+ lbs occasionally, and 10+ lbs consistently. Push/pull 75+ lbs frequently; bend, stoop, twist repeatedly; stand 8–12 hours a day.
