Qualifications
- 8+ years of Superintendent experience in WTP/WWTP construction.
- Strong background managing large-scale projects $50M+ in value.
- Direct experience supervising Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP) projects.
- Willingness to relocate or already live in Salt Lake City, UT. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate large subcontractor teams.
- Excellent scheduling, quality control, safety leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with both crews and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day on-site leadership for large WTP/WWTP projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and material deliveries on complex, multi-phase projects.
- Lead daily safety meetings, enforce compliance, and maintain a proactive safety culture on-site.
- Oversee detailed reporting, including daily logs, progress updates, and coordination with project management teams.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and owners to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.
- Drive successful project execution, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
