Job description

An independent, patient-focused, physician-led, and owned healthcare group in the Midwest, is excited to recruit a general neurosurgeon to their join their collegial group.An interest in skull base, neurosurgical oncology and spine will be well supported within the context of a general neurosurgery position. Experienced surgeons and new grads are welcome to apply. Mentorship is readily available! This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a surgeon with an entrepreneurial spirit and focus on patient care, as the group has plans for continued growth.

The group currently admits to five hospitals, and are expanding further into the neighboring state. The group also owns and operates its own ambulatory surgery center.

Practice Highlights:

• Each partner takes 7-9 days of call a month.
• APP and NP assistance for call and first rounding
• 150 cases expected in first year, 300+ after that
• 18 month partnership track with incentive program
• Block OR time available
• Each hospital is equipped with O-arm and/or a C-arm & Robotics
