Job summary

Vermont Ob/Gyn Group is seeking a physician to join a tenured OB/Gyn practice in Vermont. The position offers a 4-day work week, a reasonable patient load of 15–18 patients per day, and a new robotic system to enhance care.

Compensation includes a salary guarantee with a signing/retention bonus and relocation support, plus CME and benefits. PSLF loan repayment is also available for eligible physicians.

Qualifications

• Can support J1 and H1B visas.
• BC or BE in Obstetrics/Gynecology (or eligible).
• Willingness to join a hospital-employed, tenured OB/GYN group in Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care within a tenured group.
• Collaborate with colleagues and maintain patient volume expectations (15–18/day).
• Participate in a facility with a new robot and a 4-day work week.
