Restoration 1 of Beaumont in Beaumont, CA is seeking a skilled Large Loss & Remodel Estimator to help homeowners and businesses recover after major losses. You will prepare detailed estimates for large-scale restoration and remodeling projects and work on-site with insurers, contractors, and clients.

Ideal candidates have proven restoration estimating experience, proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restoration estimating and construction estimating.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility.
• Knowledge of large loss restoration, remodeling, and construction practices.
• Experience with insurance claims and the claims process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for large loss restoration and remodel projects using Xactimate.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess scope and repair requirements.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, project managers, and contractors for accuracy and alignment.
• Develop and present scope-of-work documents for water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects.
• Manage and negotiate estimates with insurance carriers for fair settlements.
• Monitor project budgets and provide updated estimates as scopes evolve.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the estimation and rebuild process.
