An established industry player seeks a Senior Consultant II to manage complex bodily injury claims resulting from motor vehicle collisions. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in litigation and large loss claims handling. The consultant will perform critical file reviews, support field teams with complex coverage issues, and collaborate on innovative claim practices. The Senior Consultant II is responsible for granting settlement authority on highly complex claims valued in excess of Market Claim Office (MCO) and Regional Claim Office (RCO) limits, providing recommendations on requests to go to trial on cases where the gross exposure exceeds MCO authority, and overseeing all large losses for specific CSAs. The individual may also provide discretionary referrals on coverage issues, opinions, and research. Additionally, the Sr Cons II may approve Closed Without Payment (CWP) requests where liability is disputed and the value exceeds Field authority.
This opportunity is for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster. The injury claims result from motor vehicle collisions. This role does not cover SIU, WC, PIP, Property Damage, or Homeowner claims. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of litigation and large loss BI claims handling experience. The role will focus on West Coast claims.

This role does not include supervisory duties.
Base salary for this role ranges from $78,600 to $105,813, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may include incentives such as bonuses or commissions.
