Job summary

PrintWorkers in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Digital Graphics Technician to join our production team. The role combines CAD and vector-based graphics expertise with hands-on manufacturing, including operating CNC and digital printing equipment.

The ideal candidate has experience with Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW, can prepare files for various production processes, and is ready to learn new equipment. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD and vector-based graphics programs.
• Ability to understand and prepare digital files for printing, cutting, engraving, and other production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and production techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments as production needs require.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and prepare digital graphic files for output to digital printing and CNC production equipment.
• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Work with CNC laser cutting and etching, digital toner and inkjet printing systems.
• Assist with equipment setup, material loading, handling, and production preparation.
• Perform fabrication, finishing, and other production-related tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, safety, and attention to detail.
