Job summary

FASTSIGNS Blaine/Ham Lake is seeking a hands-on Sign Production Technician who turns designs into finished large-format graphics. You’ll operate printers, laminators, and CNC equipment, prepare materials, and ensure precise application of vinyl graphics.

This on-site, day-shift role offers growth into lead production or installation as the shop expands, with a collaborative environment and a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sign production, printing, or similar hands-on work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable using tools and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment.
• Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting).
• Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision.
• Trim, mount, and finish final products.
• Follow and verify work orders for accuracy.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient production area.
• Collaborate with owner/production lead to shape workflows.
