FASTSIGNS – Blaine/Ham Lake is seeking a hands-on Sign Production Technician for large-format printing and finishing. You’ll operate printers, laminators, and CNC equipment, prepare materials, apply vinyl graphics, and trim final products. This is a fast-paced, detail‑driven role in an on-site production environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sign production, printing, or similar hands-on work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use production tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment.
• Prepare materials (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting).
• Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision.
• Trim, mount, and finish final products.
• Follow and verify work orders for accuracy.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient production area.
• Partner with owners to build and improve production processes.
