Job summary

Moss in Las Vegas seeks a Large-Format Print Operator to translate digital files into high-quality prints on UV, Latex and Dye Sub materials. You will prepare, load and transport materials, run printers, and monitor quality.

You will read work orders, follow tech drawings, perform preventive maintenance, and keep the printing area organized. The role requires a can-do attitude and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating UV, Latex and Dye Sub printers.
• Ability to read work orders and technical drawings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain shift continuity through clear communication.
• Determine material yield and manage in-house inventory.
• Multitask while maintaining high-quality output under deadlines.
• Adapt to a deadline-driven production environment.
• Assist in maintaining, cleaning, and organizing the printing area.
• Follow Moss HR standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily printing and maintenance of UV, Latex and Dye Sub printers
• Read and understand work orders, tech drawings, cut sheets and written instructions
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Ability to determine best material yield and maintain in-house inventory
• Ability to multitask: prioritizing, maintaining professionalism and high quality of work.
• An even temperament and ability to adapt in a deadline driven environment
• Assist in maintaining, cleaning, and organizing printing department and material storage
• Other duties as assigned by team lead and/or Manager
• Follow Moss Human Resources standards and policies.
