Job summary

Vomela, a full-service visual communications company, seeks a digital press operator for third shift (12am-8am) with first-shift training. You will operate large format presses, maintain equipment, and ensure color quality and accuracy for customer specifications.

Responsibilities include adjusting color profiles, setting up substrates, monitoring print quality, and keeping precise production records in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a digital press operator, preferably with large format printers.
• Strong knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with color management techniques and print quality assurance.
• Ability to read and interpret print specifications and technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot complex machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and customer specifications before delivery.
• Keep accurate records of production runs, material usage, and any issues encountered during the printing process.
