Pape' Machinery, Inc. - Agriculture & Turf Division in Colfax, WA is seeking a Large Agriculture Equipment Shop Mechanic/Technician to service and repair a variety of large agricultural machines in our shop.

You will join a team focused on accuracy, uptime, and customer satisfaction while benefiting from training and growth opportunities. The role requires 2+ years in engines and agricultural equipment, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work with electrical, hydraulic, and AC systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with engines and agricultural equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems.
• Must be able to work in a team and operate with minimal supervision.
• Candidates must provide their own tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Shop Mechanic, you will work on all makes and models of a large agriculture equipment in the shop ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely, all in an effort to support our customers and maximize their uptime. Every day, picture yourself working alongside other trained Mechanics in a shop that has all the support and resources you need to perform top-notch work on equipment.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 2 or more years of working knowledge of engines and agricultural equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and air conditioning systems.
• A team-oriented personality, with the focus and drive to work without direct supervision.
• Must provide own tools.

Compensation: $26.98- 40.47/hr (Depending on Experience)
