LaraBench is seeking a skilled PHP/Laravel developer to design and build scalable web applications within a US-based team. You will handle full-stack tasks, balancing frontend and backend work while adhering to industry best practices.

The role requires strong RESTful API design, MVC-based architecture, and MySQL proficiency, plus 5+ years with PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks. This is an opportunity to contribute to healthcare equipment software initiatives.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience with web applications using PHP, XML, HTML5 and CSS, and JavaScript with a modern JS framework.
• 5+ years of professional experience with MySQL or other database technologies.
• Experience designing RESTful web applications and services.
• Experience with MVC frameworks and Laravel framework.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high quality responsive web applications using a PHP/MySQL technology stack.
• Elicit and fulfill front-end and back-end requirements, creating specifications and execution plan.
• Develop and implement best practice standards and collaborate with external developers to maintain code quality.
• Build automated testing to ensure smooth, on-time deployments.
• Create and maintain architecture and design documents including feature specs and flow diagrams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and prototype projects for new initiatives.
