Job summary

Michigan Department of Shared Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and implement customizable Salesforce solutions for CRM needs. The role requires hands-on CRM development, collaboration with stakeholders to define requirements, and ownership of release cycles.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce experience, including Lightning/LWC, Service/Health Cloud, API integrations, and SSO implementations, plus familiarity with CI/CD and security standards.

Qualifications

Hands-on CRM development for Salesforce including Service/Health Cloud integrations.
Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC.
API integrations and SSO implementations.
Experience with release management and CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with data migration and cloud integration projects.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II) are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet CRM needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and alignment with business goals.
Own release cycles and deployment of updates to Salesforce environments.
Ensure security guidelines are followed throughout the app lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and training for the development team.
